Parts washing tunnels

At IBERKLEEN we manufacture parts washing tunnels for all types of industries and applications.

With our washing tunnels, you can degrease your parts and also apply other processes such as passivation, phosphating, etc.

Normally, parts cleaning tunnels are used when there are major productions and in conjunction with other lines in factories in all types of industries.

We offer customised designs for all types of industriesIn addition, we have various types of washing tunnels.

PARTS WASHING TUNNELS

Parts washing tunnel helical or drum

Helical screw parts washing tunnel

These drum tunnels are used for washing of small parts in bulk and decolletage.

The process is carried out through a drum that rotates in a spiral, passing the parts through the different stages.

The continuous washing process is carried out by spraying and immersion of the parts.

The detergents used in the baths are water-based at a temperature of about 60°C depending on the process.

The drum tunnels can be configured with different processes: degreasing, rinsing, drying, passivation, rinsing, etc.

Parts washing tunnel conveyor belt

Parts washing tunnel

In these tunnel washes, the parts are placed on a conveyor belt that moves the parts through the different stages with which the tunnel is configured.

The loading of the parts into the tunnel can be done by a robot, the production line itself, an operator, etc.

The cleaning process is carried out by advancing the parts in the tunnel, which advance through the different processes.

Degreasing, passivation, etc. are normally carried out by spraying.

The detergents used in the baths are water-based at a temperature of about 60°C depending on the process.

The conveyor belt parts washing tunnels can be configured with different processes: degreasing, rinsing, drying, passivation, rinsing, etc.

Parts washing tunnel suspended cardan shaft

Spray tunnel washer

In these cardan shaft parts washing tunnels, the parts are placed suspended from an overhead line that moves the parts through the different stages with which the tunnel is configured.

The loading of the parts into the tunnel can be done by a robot, the production line itself, an operator, etc.
