IBERKLEEN reinforces its international presence at BIEMH 2026 offering industrial cleaning solutions.
From 2 to 6 March 2026, the Bilbao Exhibition Centre hosted a new edition of the BIEMH, the major international trade fair for machine tools and advanced manufacturing in Spain. The organisers present it as a benchmark trade fair for machine tools, automation, metrology, quality control and technologies for industry, and the 2026 edition brought together more than 1,500 exhibiting firms from 34 countries.
For IBERKLEEN, showcasing industrial cleaning solutions at the BIEMH 2026 has been an excellent opportunity to reinforce our positioning in the field of industrial cleaning. advanced manufacturing, showcase our technologies to national and international visitors and to continue consolidating relations with companies, industry associations and potential business partners from different markets. The BIEMH itself closed its 33rd edition with more than 39,000 professional visitors from around 65 countries, confirming its international character and its relevance for the sector.
Our industrial cleaning solutions: ultrasonics, parts washers and customised equipment
During BIEMH 2026 we will present our industrial cleaning solutions for different sectors of the metal and advanced manufacturing industry.
At IBERKLEEN we manufacture and develop solutions and equipment for the cleaning of metal parts, machined components, moulds, tools, industrial assemblies and technical applications of varying complexity.
Our proposal covers both standard machines as customised equipment, depending on the geometry of the parts, the type of contamination, the volume of production and the level of automation required.
Among the technologies of greatest interest during the fair, the following stood out in particular ultrasonic cleaning, This is a highly valued solution for companies that need to access complex areas, cavities, ducts, corners or geometries that are difficult to clean with manual or conventional methods. This type of technology is particularly useful in the cleaning of moulds, The company's products are used for tooling, precision components and technical parts in sectors where surface quality is critical.
In addition, interest was also generated by our parts washers and other industrial cleaning solutions for workshops, metalworking industry, industrial maintenance and production environments where it is necessary to combine degreasing, washing, rinsing or drying with robust and reliable processes.
Why cleanliness is strategic in advanced manufacturing
One of the most important messages we shared at the BIEMH was that cleaning should not be seen as a secondary operation, but rather as a a strategic phase in the industrial process.
In sectors linked to machining, moulds, aeronautics, automotive, surface treatment or component manufacturing, proper cleaning can bring clear advantages:
Improvement of the final quality of the piece.
Removing oils, particles, drillings, carbonised residues, metal dust or process debris helps to ensure a more uniform finish and better preparation for subsequent operations.
Reduction of incidents in painting, coating or welding.
A contaminated surface can compromise adhesion, cause defects and lead to rework.
Increased process repeatability.
Industrial cleaning systems allow standardised results compared to less controllable manual methods.
Time saving and operational improvement.
Automating or systematising cleaning reduces unproductive time and improves work organisation.
Protection of high-value components and tools.
Especially for moulds, dies, precision parts and critical components, choosing the right cleaning technology helps to maintain their condition and prolong their service life.
This approach was especially relevant at a trade fair like BIEMH, which focuses on productivity, efficiency, automation and continuous improvement of industrial processes.
Applications of our technology that aroused most interest during the fair
Although each company has a different need, one of the conclusions of our participation in BIEMH is that there is a growing interest in cleaning solutions applied to processes such as:
Cleaning of moulds and tools.
Especially in environments where grease, process residues, surface contamination or accumulated dirt is to be removed without damaging the geometry of the parts.
Cleaning of machined parts.
Before inspection, assembly, coating, painting or shipping.
Cleaning prior to surface treatment.
Key to improve adhesion, uniformity and finish quality.
Cleaning in industrial maintenance.
For components, mechanical assemblies and parts subject to oil, grease or complex residues.
Cleaning of technical and precision components.
Where repeatability and access to difficult areas are particularly important.

If your company is looking for a solution for the cleaning of metal parts, moulds or components, we will be pleased to help you.
We look forward to seeing you at the next events!
